How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. For doubles competition, list teammate under “Additional Information” next to event description.
Registration Deadline: Final Registration due by Friday, June 13, 2008.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Age Division: Age division is determined by age as of the first day of competition.

Event Limit: Limit is two events consisting of (1) singles and (1) doubles; (1) singles and (1) parent/child; (1) doubles and (1) parent/child.
Schedule: Call Craig Soderquist at (435) 628-3233 for match times after Monday, June 16, 2008. You may be required to play more than one match in a day. Match times will not be changed once they are set. Please plan on playing anytime during the day.
Rules:
- The parent/child divisions will be drawn according to age and/or ability of the child.
- Round Robin 8 game pro set. Top 4 players in each division will play best 2-of-3, regular scoring 12 point tie breaker to determine medals.
- USTA rules apply.
- You are guaranteed at least two matches in any event.

Craig is a PTR certified professional instructor. He has coached on many different levels from country club and city programs in St. George to Assistant Coach for both the men's and women's tennis teams at Utah State University. He was also Director and Head Pro of Tennis at The Sports Academy and Racquet Club in Logan, UT. He coached players that achieved national rankings and who were highly recruited NCAA Division I players. Craig currently resides in St. George.
