Fee:
$25 (registered by June 1) for one event, $10 additional for the other
$35 (registered after June 1) for one event, $10 additional for the other
How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Race check-in begins at 6 a.m. Those who register on site will be charged a $5 late fee.
Registration Deadline: Final online registration Wednesday, June 11 at 5:00 PM. On-site registration will be $40.00.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Race Site: Race course begins in Cedar Canyon east of Cedar City and finishes at the City Park (200 N. Main).
All Participants must meet at the City Park no later than 6:30 AM. Transportation to race start is provided by the Utah Summer Games and Iron County School District Bus.
NOTE: No pets or bikes will be allowed on race course.
Age: Determined by age as of day of race.
Age Divisions: 11-under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over, Clydesdale 40-under, Clydesdale 40-over, Wheelchair
