How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City , UT 84720.
Registration Deadline: Registrations must be received by Monday, June 16, 2008. There will be no late or onsite registrations.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Format:
Squat, Bench Press, Dead lift (All 3 Lifts)
There will not be a Bench Only format this year.
Note: Foot blocks will not be allowed for bench press. No teams. This meet follows modified IPF rules of completion. Bench shirts will be allowed but will compete in a Bench Shirt Division. If you are competing with bench shirts, time restrictions between lifts remain the same.
Divisions: The coordinator reserves the right to combine, modify or eliminate divisions based on participation.
