How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City , UT 84720.
Registration Deadline: Final registration is Monday, June 2, 2008. There will be NO registration available the day of the event.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Age Division: Division is determined by age as of January 1, 2008.

Rules:
1. Complete rules are listed online.
2. All contestants will be in Karate or Kung Fu uniform in good repair.
3. Male and female contestants will compete against each other, with the exception of sparring.
4. Safety is the major concern in all events.

Carol is in her seventh year as coordinator. Has owned Kiai Karate Dojos in Salt Lake City, Parowan, and Cedar City. Has hosted 12 National tournaments. Organized 50 regional championships. Head judge for several international competitions. 1992 National Blackbelt League Hall of Fame Coach of the Year. 1993 N.B.L. Woman of the Year.
