Registration Deadline: Final Registration is Wednesday, May 29, 2013.  There will be no onsite registration!!!! Use Team Registration Form.

Age Division:  All golfers welcome but must have a current USG, USGA, or Local club handicap established.  Teams can be mixed. They may also include PGA proffesionals with a handicap of 0.

Rules:  Las Vegas Scramble/Chicago Scoring

Check-in: All Golf teams need to check in at the Cedar Ridge Golf Course, on Friday, May 31 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
