How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720.
Registration Deadline: Final online registration is Tuesday, June 10, 2008. On-site registration will be one hour before event. Use Team Registration Form.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Age Division: All golfers welcome. Teams can be mixed.

Rules: Format will be 4 person scramble in net handicap scoring. A team handicap will be given prior to tee-off. Teams may be mixed (male/female). Prizes for longest drive, closest to the hole and 5 places will be given for 15 entries (more if more teams participate). Prize amounts determined by total field entry. All prize money will be run through Cedar Ridge Golf Course as merchandize. A raffle will be held for additional prizes. A total of 120 players (30 teams) will be accepted on a first come basis. Competitors must have a current UGA handicap or will be assigned a zero.
Players with a handicap 0-9 will play blue tees, handicap 10-20 will use white tees, female players will use red tees.
Drinks and refreshments will be available at club house and on selected holes.
