How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City , UT 84720.
Registration Deadline: Final onsite registrations accepted up to one hour before first event. Final internet registration will be Thursday, June 12, at 10 PM
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 8-9 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 14 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 15, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.
Age Requirement: Age division is determined by age as of the day of the meet.

Rules: U.S. Diving rules and regulations. All rules will be followed. Only legal dives will be allowed. Age groups may be combined.
Equipment: Two 1-meter Maxiflex "B" Springboards on stands. Pool depth is 12 feet.
