General Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Fee:
$25* (registered by June 1)
$35* (registered after June 1)
* plus a lane fee (for each event) to be paid at venue (youth $9.00, adult and seniors $10.00, physically challenged $7.00)

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City , UT 84720.  

List teammates or doubles partner on your registration form.   Also, please indicate average for each individual.   Each teammate or doubles partner must register individually.  Use Individual Registration Form. 

Registration Deadline: Late registrations will not be accepted.  Note the registration deadlines:

June 9, (Adult)
June 14, (Physically Challenged)

Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.

Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.

Check-In: Athletes should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. The SUU Sorenson PE Building is open June 6-7 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 9-10 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, June 12 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and daily beginning June 13, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Sunday. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. No exceptions.

Age Division: Determined by age as of December 31, 2008.

Format/Rules:
1. If entering a team or doubles event, please indicate the following on the Individual registration form: a) team members, b) doubles partner, c) average to be used.

2. Bowling fees (see schedule) are to be paid at check-in (1 hour prior to squad time).  One hour prior is necessary to start squad on time.

3. USBC rules will govern this event.  Bowlers must have current cards or purchase an affiliated membership.

4. Members of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), and Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) are ineligible for this event.  Rule 319d will not apply.

5. Averages: a) 2007-08 book/final of 21 games or more or current average as of June 1, 2008.  If no average is available, men will enter at 170, women at 165. Reporting incorrect averages will result in disqualification.  Rule 319c and rule 319e will not apply.

6. Cedar Bowling Center reserves the right to consolidate or cancel events if there are less than four entries in any event.

7. Physically challenged events are not sanctioned.

8. NOTE:  It is necessary that every bowler has checked in & paid lineage fees 1 hour prior to squad time.  All squads must start on time!!!
