How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City , UT 84720. List teammates or doubles partner on your registration form. Also, please indicate average for each individual. Each teammate or doubles partner must register individually. Use Individual Registration Form.

Format/Rules:
1. If entering a team or doubles event, please indicate the following on the Individual registration form: a) team members, b) doubles partner, c) current average when registering, if changes; will correct before tournament..
2. Bowling fees (see schedule) are to be paid at check-in at Cedar Bowling Center (1 hour prior to squad time). One hour prior is necessary to start squads on time.
3. USBC rules will govern this event. Bowlers must have current cards or purchase an affiliated membership.
4. Members of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), and Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) are ineligible for this event. Rule 319d will not apply.
5. Averages: a) 2009-10 book/final of 21 games or more or current average as of June 1, 2010. If no average is available, men will enter at 175, women at 165. Reporting incorrect averages will result in disqualification. Rule 319c and rule 319e will not apply. Bowlers are responsible for verifying their average.
6. Cedar Bowling Center reserves the right to consolidate or cancel events if there are less than four entries in any event.
7. Physically challenged events are not sanctioned.
8. NOTE: It is necessary that every bowler has checked in at Cedar Bowling center and paid lineage fees 1 hour prior to squad time. All squads must start on time!!!
Eligibility: The Utah Summer Games and State Games of the West is open to all State Games athletes from the following States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Athletes from these states are eligible by participating in their local State Games in 2008 regardless of their results or placement in one of the sports, or if a resident of the State of Utah or a resident of a neighboring state (Idaho, Nevada, or Wyoming) that does not currently hold an officially recognized State Games event, for at least 30 days prior to the first day of the competition they wish to enter. In addition, students who are enrolled in a Utah college or university are eligible, as are U.S. military personnel and their family members who are stationed in Utah. The State Games of the West have been organized in accordance with NCAA guidelines with some exceptions. Athletes who have eligibility questions should check with their school athletic administrator or coach. Any athlete with scholastic or collegiate eligibility remaining must comply with rules governing his or her scholastic or collegiate eligibility.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Athletes need to check in at the SUU Sorenson PE Building, 560 W University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. Registration will be open on the following days:

All teams must have waivers signed by each team members if they are 18 or older, and by parents/guardians if they are under 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS will be given including for medical withdrawals. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher code may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2010 event or the same sport during the 2011 Utah Summer Games. Exceptions will be made only for the following: entries received after entry deadline; sports or competitions reaching maximum registration capacity; entries received after the maximum number of teams are bracketed or if there are not enough teams or individuals to form a division.
