Registration Fee:
$25.00

This is an annual registraion fee per individual athlete. An additional sport fee will be added based on the sport participated in.

Sport Fee:
$10.00
*plus a lane fee (for each event) to be paid at venue (youth $9.00, adult and seniors $10.00, physically challenged $7.00)

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. List teammates or doubles partner on your registration form. Also, please indicate average for each individual. Each teammate or doubles partner must register individually. Use Individual Registration Form.

Registration Deadline: Late registrations will not be accepted. Note the registration deadlines:

Event Information

Check-in: Bowling Athletes need to check in at The Cedar Bowling Center between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of your event. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies.
