MANDATORY CHECK IN:  A coach or team representative from every team must check-in at the Registration/Check-in area prior to the first game. Teams should allow at least an hour for check-in at registration. You must hand in a completed roster with all waivers signed by each team member if over 18, or by parents or guardians if team member is under 18, including those who may not be present the first day.  Any team that has not checked in at the Registration/Check-in area will forfeit ALL games until this task has been completed.

Fee:
$325 per team
(Includes Registration Fee, Sport specific athlete Shirt, drawstring backpack, water bottle and swag.)

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. Use Team Registration Form.

Registration Deadline: Final online registration is due by Friday, May 25 at 6:00 PM.
