$75 per team (3 game guarantee) Registered by June 1.
$100 per team Registered after June 1 (Includes Registration Fee, Sport specific athlete Shirt, drawstring backpack, water bottle and swag.)

Each team sport will receive a different colored athlete shirt that has a sport specific design. Shirts will be ordered as soon as the registration deadline has occured. Please make sure your roster is up to date with all athletes and shirt sizes as they are the shirts you will receive at check-in and we will be unable to make changes.

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. Use Team Registration Form.

Registration Deadline: Final online registration is due by Friday, June 8, at 6:00 PM.
