Fee:
$175 per team (registered by April 15, 2008)
$200 per team (registered after April 15, 2008, must be registered by May 21, 2008)

Registration Deadline: No entries will be accepted after Wednesday, May 21, 2008.
Refund Policy: Due to competition scheduling difficulties and USG planning and supplies requirements there are no refunds. If an event cannot be held due to inclement weather a voucher may be issued to be used for another sport during the 2008 or the same sport during the 2009 Utah Summer Games. Requests must be in writing by email to USG@suu.edu.
Confirmation: Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or delivered registrations can check at registration area before event.
Check-In: Teams should check in at the Sorenson PE Building, 460 West University Blvd., Cedar City. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt, valuable coupons and other assorted goodies. Check-in will be on Tursday, June 5, 2008 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Divisions:
Open Division - Everyone welcome to participate, minimum of seven players and maximum 20 players per team required. The tournament will be capped at the first twenty (20) teams to sign up.
Format:
A Round-Robin format will be used to determine the winner of each classification. Thursday & Friday's games will be played to the score of eleven, win by two, or first to fifteen with a time limit of one hour. Medal Rounds will be played hard-cap of fifteen, time limit of an hour and a half.
Special Notes:
Each team will be asked to provide one observer for games while they are not participating in their game. Event coordinator will make these assignments.
Each team will be responsible for bringing matching shirts. Please bring one colored and one white. These shirts can be regular t-shirts and you may use the USG issued athlete shirt as your white jersey.
