Registration Fee:
$25.00

This is a one time registration fee per individual athlete. An additional sport fee will be added based on the sport participated in.

Fee includes Athletic Sport Shirt, drawstring backpack, water bottle, and additional donated items if applicable. To guarantee shirt size reigister by May 15. You may not receive the correct shirt size if you register after May 15th.

Sport Fee:
$10.00 for 5K Run/Walk
$10.00 for 10K

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720.

Registration Deadline: Final online registration is due by Wednesday, June 13, at 5:00 PM. Onsite registration is one hour before event. Use Individual Registration Form.
